Your coordinator will make sure that you are on schedule with every aspect of your wedding.  We will take care of scheduling and setting appointments for you, attend vendor meetings as needed, and provide your vendors with the necessary information to help make your wedding day wishes come true.  

Full coordination will also follow through to your wedding day.  On your wedding day, we will provide the needed assistance in coordinating the services of all your hired vendors, make sure your plans are followed through, assist you, your fiancé, and guests as needed, and ensure that you have a STRESS FREE wedding day.

  • We will arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony and remain on site until the events end.

  • We set up seating arrangements, favors, cake table, guest book table, gift table for your reception

  • We take care of all finishing touches at the reception

Depending on the size of your event, the Full Coordination package will include up to 2-4 coordinators to ensure you have a flawless day.
