Minimums

Petals by Xavi has a booking minimum of $2500.  The minimum can easily be met or exceeded by designing personal flowers  which include all of the bouquets, corsages and boutonnières, the ceremony flowers, reception flowers and all of the detail flowers that create the ambiance of a wedding.

Once the contract has been signed for a total amounting to or above the minimum,

the contracting party can not go below the original booking price.

Deposits

Petals by Xavi requires 25% of the floral subtotal in order to reserve the date and begin working with one of our consultants.

Deposits are nonrefundable under any circumstances and can only be applied towards the flowers at or above the minimum booking price of $2500. 

Flowers can not be purchased through Petals by Xavi solely for the amount of the deposit as deposits do not meet the minimum booking price.

Payments

The entire flower balance needs to be paid in full two weeks prior to the wedding date.  If full payment is not received two weeks prior to the wedding, the contract can become void and all monies applied will not be refunded.
